Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional use, installation damage, modification, or tampering. Include all components supplied with the item and use the original packaging when available.
Return Authorization
Contact us before sending an item back. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include the RMA number with your shipment.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Midwest Moto Parts. If we sent the wrong item or made another error with your order, we will cover return shipping. Contact us first so we can arrange it.
Use a trackable shipping service and pack the item securely. We recommend shipping insurance. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns unrelated to an error by Midwest Moto Parts.
If the return is due to our error and we issue a refund rather than send a replacement, we will also refund the original shipping charge attributable to the returned item. If we send a replacement, we will cover return shipping and shipping of the replacement.
Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
