1999 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG Twin Cam Used Parts For Sale
Midwest Moto Parts recently acquired a 1999 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG to dismantle for quality OEM Harley-Davidson parts.
This motorcycle is especially noteworthy because it features Harley-Davidson's first-year Twin Cam 88 engine, one of the most significant engine introductions in modern Harley-Davidson history.
The motorcycle arrived with approximately 90,000 miles and was in surprisingly good overall condition. While the engine did not run when acquired, roughly 97% of the motorcycle was salvageable and is being processed for inventory.
All usable OEM parts are being cleaned, photographed, inspected, and listed from our facility in Chicago Heights, Illinois for customers worldwide.
Why the 1999 FXDWG Matters
The 1999 model year marked the introduction of Harley-Davidson's Twin Cam 88 engine, replacing the long-running Evolution powerplant in Dyna and Touring models.
This makes the 1999 FXDWG a historically important motorcycle because it represents the beginning of Harley-Davidson's Twin Cam era.
